Help me to help BNE/QLD youth
Ahoy hoy,
I am participating in a charity bike ride around Moreton Bay just north of Brisbane this Sunday. Let's see if a 90kg/198lb American on a 20kg/44lb English bike in an Australian ride can't do some good.
While I am inflicting myself in spandex on the otherwise innocent population of QLD, this is for a good cause. The proceeds benefit the Lions Youth Emergency Accommodation Centre. In a nutshell, the facilities provide a safe place to stay as well as counselling/education/life skills support.
