Add to that corporate matching that may not be sent until the end of the year and I wouldn't be surprised if the total pushed $10,000. So PLEASE if your company offers a match get those receipts in there!

The motto for this FT team - and for Radial Velocity! - could well be ¡Si se puede! (Yes, we can!)

And yes, be sure to get those corporate matches processed, because, like the Reno Air races, it ain't over... The Diver...

Frankly, I'd love to see FT's donations from this push exceed $10,000 BEFORE corporate matches.

Hopefully Captain Denny, Captain Dave or Captain Dan will give us another update in the next day or few so we'll know what our latest number is.

I'm sure if you watch the applicable website(s) or for a press release, that number will be announced sooner or later. But trying to compare it to what was done here on FT would hardly be comparing apples & apples, or even fruits & fruits (JMO).

So in the spirit of trying to get this thread back on track, and to increase giving to a wonderful cause...I just made another $200 donation to the Dahlfund.

@:-) Check with your employer to see if they do matching donations and, if so, whether your donation to Dahlfund will qualify for a match.

If SMD had been on FT too, then this would have been on topic (albeit still not for this thread). Sadly, the organisers decided to restrict it to MP, so discussion of fund raising efforts for it are OT for FT, and for this thread.

Both FT and MP have been terrific over the last two weeks. From Mrs. Sandy Dahl and the other board members of The Capt Jason Dahl Scholarship we like to say Thank You. We greatly appreciate your personal and unselfish generosity. Our work together will produce not only skilled aviators but ones that are customer focused. Our team will follow their careed paths and be their mentors.

Todays total $8566
