I wholehartedly agree. Finnair Plus members should not be forced to do the testing of their new system. Doesn't do any good for the morale of Finnair personnel either.

Yup. I certainly do not care who does the IT work -- it is Finnair's site and they are responsible for it.

Things actually seem to get worse: the whole site is very, very inresponsive and does not load on two out of three times right now.

I gave them feedback on the issues earlier today via the web site. Be interesting to see when and how they respond; they are normally good about responding.

Cheers,
T.

At least the customer service line has remained very nice and helpfull, despite the long waiting times.

Things are getting better. The response times are back to normal and the points/profile information are back. Even award reservations seem to work.

Hopefully this is a lasting state of affairs.

Cheers,
T.

how ironic that all the adverts in this thread are IBM @ Wimbledon (at least for me/today) ... more so - when I click on th 'play' button on the advert/player, it gives an error message ;) The actual site will play the videos OK though

So instead of only showing my 2007 vouchers it is suggesting I could use my 2008 vouchers in 2007 if I wanted to...

I'm just of the phone with AY. Yes, it is possible to use next years vouchers already this year. The worrying thing is though, that they now grant only 4+4=8 vouchers per 2year period, it used to be 4+4+4=12! And this conciderable change without telling us anything beforehand.

I spoke to Plus today as well and they made it sound like it would be an improvement. To be honest with you this was on OT discussion so I was paying little attention to details, especially as I had waited about 20 minutes to get through.. As Platinum it is showing both Europe and Long Haul vouchers and previously I think you had to swap 6 Europe for 2 LH.. but now looks like you have both to use..

will be waiting to hear from them on the details..
