Does the system prioritize bandwidth use to collect payments more than it does to keep paid-up customers online? It almost felt like that at times. Will have to file some complaints and see how they handle the complaints.

I have used it to listen in on (I would never take an actual call on a flight!) on a HD video call with zero issues. Similarly have streamed HD security feed from our warehouses with zero issue. You should be fine as long as the internet is up.
