Around 7 weeks later, the same AY route had a messed up IFE system but they figured out it was the use of the inflight maps crashing things and so from the start they asked all passengers to refrain from using the map feature for the entirety of the flight. Unfortunately, the paid premium internet on the same plane was so bad back and forth that it couldn’t be used for most of the paid blocks of time. Does the system prioritize bandwidth use to collect payments more than it does to keep paid-up customers online? It almost felt like that at times. Will have to file some complaints and see how they handle the complaints.

I have used it to listen in on (I would never take an actual call on a flight!) on a HD video call with zero issues. Similarly have streamed HD security feed from our warehouses with zero issue. You should be fine as long as the internet is up.

What is the best method for requesting compensation for wifi issues? Platsapp or customer service feedback form?
