Huge wifi problems on OH-LWM, HEL-BKK, 19FEB. Worked briefly form time to time, albeit very slowly, and most of the time it did not work at all. Crew said that the fault did not lie with the aircraft.

Echoing issues with OH-LWM, HEL-LHR, 13MAR. Did not work at all for most of the flight, briefly worked (albeit slowly) when holding above London.

In that case it probably was not the flight route to BKK (as the FAs explained) but the plane, after all. Thanks for reporting.

OH-LTM no wifi at all 01MAY from ORD. The entertainment system and in-seat power did not work during boarding (monitors were dark and safety demonstation was manual), but after take-off everything slowly started working except for wifi, which stayed out the whole flight.

OH-LZP no wifi. Actually the whole portal was down, so no newspapers or flight map, either. I flew BER-HEL and it had been like that on HEL-BER as well.

OH-LZK no wifi today HEL-FRA. Portal worked, but no wifi connection throughout the flight and no newspapers available. Flight map worked.
