OWE benefits flying AY
Is there any more or less official list of perks available for other OWEs except AY plats, like free drinks in economy etc? I’m BAEC Gold but have recently been flying mostly AY and haven’t noticed any such whatsoever. Extra luggage and lounge access I’m aware of and appreciate those.

Free drink in Economy is for AY Plat only, not OWE.

Just to clarify, it used to include OWE's but apparently it was enhanced away some time ago.

It's been a few years but in 2019 and 2020 when I flew Y as a OWE the lead flight attendant would come to my seat and give me a personal greeting and tell me the flight length. I was offered a free drink on at least one short haul segment too.

OWE talk has also been enhanced. It was of no use but now when seeing a platinum talk taking place it feels AY don’t want us aboard.

In Business class always first choice of meal (now no one gets any choice) and free drink in Economy. Those were the days AY was always my first choice apart from the necessary 4 BA flights.

I was surprised to receive a nice Plat talk as OWE on today's flight. Must have been years since it last happened 👌
