Like I have written before during fam flights, I like this Pe seat for a day flight. Good enough for reading, watching movies, work, whatever, given my dislike towards the J seat with no elbow support and sit comfort.
the footwell is just quite small when support pad is raised.
But the new J seat is best on market for sleeping IMO. I wouldnt wanna sleep in this PE seat thou, perhaps poor mans Y-bisnes seat is better

Interestingly, snacks are to buy. Hungry, waiting for the second service to start soon.
And yes drinks in PE are all free except champagne 14/4200p.
load factor to jfk about 60% in PE, available seats in J too, even though up app said waitlist (didnt want to up this one, as I wanted to stay Pe and save points)
No idea what Y load factor is. Didnt want to take a look there😁
Top Gun loaded into the IFE. Great, I didnt yet see it.

Which seat were you in?
Now only some seats are Economy Comfort in front of Y cabin.
Window side, not middle on A350

On the return in the row behind bulk head, just horrible!
Noticed that the first four rows had a little different head rests compared to the rest of the other Y rows, but that was it.
Couldnt notice any difference in seat pitch whatsoever!

Hello please can you help I have never flown Finnair but the business class flight prices to Mumbai are a lot cheaper than either BA or QR for next Spring, I notice the flights from LHR are on the A350 but the onward flight to Mumbai are the A330 please can anybody tell me if the A330 seats are the new or old ones, thank you as it is a night flight?

Having flown the new business seat now I think on 10 segments I have to say I really like it. For me sleep is #1 priority and this seat is by far the best for me of any J seat I've flown. Sometimes simple really is better.
Now if they could just add personal air vents for each seat if be almost perfect. I guess I need to find a tiny USB fan.

AY146 to BKK now with new cabin configuration. Was told that AY now continues to fly that route regularly with new cabin configuration aircrafts.

I must say again I slept well. This new fartcage was again confirmed best sleeper in my books. The mattress is just a thin joke and gets folded under you when turning. And the quieter space me likes too, not need earplugs that I hate.
