Yes, the issue here is that according to Finnair I did not even take the bus as it seems the bus driver did not properly check me in. I must have dreamed about being on that bus while I teleported to HEL

On weekend the sustainable bus option XTZ-HEL had 8pax + 1 crew on a +50-seater bus. I didn't get the mobile BP so they said to ask it printed at XTZ, but the poor bus driver didn't have a printer. Good thing that he got me checked in on his tablet
This week on return the unsustainable HEL-TKU ATR had 10pax + 4 crew. Taxi driver also said that Finnair/Finavia don't send them pax count anymore as they used to, so for example this time there was luckily 2 taxis waiting at the airport.

The reapeting cancellatios do not encourage passengers to trust these services. In August it is more predictable as many Tampere and Turku services have disappeared prophylactically. There should be at least one more flight for connecting the afternoon wave to create meaningful options, the bus is not convienent enough.

Last week there were outbound around 30pax and inbound 25pax.
Schengen lounge around 11pm was pretty much deserted, with just a handful of people in the lounge. And this despite the outgoing domestic midnight wave.
Let's see if it will pick up now after the summer vacations.

Just chatted with the sustainable bus driver (brw I wish AY crew were this attentive, likable and friendly as these korsisaari drivers. ”Ihan sai-raan mukava jätkä”😉
While at the start of this sillyservice there were never more than a handful pax, now traffic increase has seen a surge in bus pax around 15. The record is 34 he said.
Now onboard 12.
The best thing I think these days with this bus servixe is that statusless everybody gets priority security fwiw

Hi,
The ones who have taken the bus route from TKU (or TMP), did you also get status segments?
I am some flight segments away from stepping from Gold to Plat and thinking if this would be an good option when travelling to turku (despite the schedules are often far from ideal).
Thanks!
