Last november I bought a ticket Vienna-San Francisco-Vienna. The travel date 2019 05.15.-2019 05.21.
Two weeks ago my doctor sayed, "you have a kidney cancer, and on 26 of march you 'll be an operation"
The recovering time may be not inaf till 05.15.
What is the solution?

Depends on your ticket's change/refund rules. If it's refundable, the easiest way would be to do that. I'm not sure how Finnair handles such cases if the ticket is non-changeable/non-refundable
Otherwise I would take a good look at my insurance's fine print.
