I stupidly accepted a FinnAir gift voucher over changing the travel because the person traveling was having lots of medical issues. The way it was explained by FinnAir is not how the gift voucher actually appears. So I now have a 285E voucher that is essentially worthless unless I'm flying JFK-Helsinki or as the rep so put, "You could fly to Bangkok from JFK" (Not my travel plan but thanks for the suggestion). What qualifies as "travel extras" under FinnAir? Because the gift voucher mentions it can't be used to pay for seats or baggage, but those are listed under travel extras. So much of a headache!!!! Any suggestions welcome.
