Sauna + Shower at HEL Lounge
Hi all, I recall having used Sauna and shower last year at HEL. I was OW Emerald member then.
Are shower + Sauna accessible to OW Saphire members too?
If not, will someone be kind to help me get in to HEL First lounge tomorrow evening. I am taking flight to SIN and will really appreciate a sauna and shower before. Much more than any food or drink.
Thanks,
Heman

Hi guys and gals, first message in FT!
The first time I visited this sauna, there was another customer complaining at the entrance desk that the sauna wasn't hot enough. I asked them to put it on if it wasn't, had a drink and then went to the sauna. Apparently the other customer didn't understand that you have to open the lid. It's in fact a damn good sauna after you do that: enough air to breath, good löyly and clean facilities. Not very good instructions how to behave though.

At the sauna there's locker rooms for men and women for storing your clothes.
The arrangements suck though. You can't really use the nicer shower rooms since you can't lock those (or can you lock yourself out completely?) while you're in the sauna.

Can I ask more naive questions (since I mostly use gender-segregated sauna facilities)...am I supposed to be almost naked except draped with towel walking from locker room to sauna? Walking around like that in the "foyer" area and around the receptionist table makes me uneasy.
