Near miss at HEL (TK & D8)
Finnish public broadcaster reports (in Finnish)
https://yle.fi/uutiset/3-10604357
TK bird just landed, but still on runway - next in line D9 bird didn't follow ATC's command to pull up. Case now under investigation by Safety Investigation Authority, SIAF
No more details available yet - not even how close the two birds got to each other.

You mean D8 ?
First information is that TK aircraft was stopped on exit ZJ and runway 22L was clear but technically runway was occupied until TK was passed exit line.
Unclear why D8 did not pull up after two commands by ATC.

Touch down occurred rather simultaneous as TK left RWY. By the description and the refusal to go-around, I guess D8 was very close to the ground then tower called them.

ADS-B data seems to show TK was halting and holding just off RWY on the exit. (Then again, ADS-B data from open sources are not accurate enough to make any conclusions)
D8 ignoring 2 Go-around seems really odd. Anyone who has ATC recording?

That would be illegal. https://www.finlex.fi/sv/oikeus/kko/kko/1991/19910076

OK.
The synopsis seems to indicate that listening to police communication in itself is not illegal and the case was dismissed?

I believe according to the Finnish law you can listen to any radio transmissions (police radio being encrypted now) but you can’t record them nor share any information in the transmissions. So no, a recording may not be shared.

OK.
LiveATC.net seems to be able to relay tower and approach communications from Kronoby and Kuopio airports.
There is not much traffic so I cannot verify if they really are online. If they are, EFKU and EFKK are both relayed live and recorded. And published online.

Definitely working.
