The prepared to order meal was very good (whitefish) but it's a secret handshake thing - you must know that it's available on request.

I guess that 90% (min) of lounge guests had no idea about it.

BTW Monday 4 pm the Premium was an absolute zoo, hardly any standing place. By 4:30 or so some seats freed up.

Last time I was there, during lunch they had a menu card next to the buffet indicating the choices available to be ordered. During breakfast it was a secret handshake method (actually the staff actively told me the options).
