Did you check carefully in your example above if any of the sectors was booked into Y and no I bucket available?
Has happened to me and didn't notice it until trying to adjust seats, a phone call solved the problem.
That may explain the booking engine displaying 150%, incorrectly naturally. Or there is an unannounced change lurking behind the corner.

This is what I get when searching HEL-JFK return for random dates in the summer: no mention of the percentage..the 150% thing came up for ex-ARN searches, both to US and Asia..both all AY metal and mix of AY/AA/BA metal..

That I with 150% comes with multi-city option to Asia.
I have seen this before and it is only IT error.
You can try yourself it like this:
