My experiences are from last year. On one occasion it took almost 8 weeks, on another I had to send them email after the 8 weeks had passed and I received a reply the following day saying that the points have now been credited (and they were).

Hey, I have heard about some issues with the Lounges in HEL. I am a Oneworld Sapphire, which Lounge am I able to use? The Premium one, or the normal Business Class one?
There are contradictory information online. Assume it has to do with peak?
my flight arrives in HEL at 12:10 and the connection leaves át 16:50. Flying in Eco

OWS use the business class lounge as with normal Oneworld lounge access rules.

However, if you are transfering to a Schengen destination, you should probably use the Schengen lounge anyway.

Is the renovation of the Schengen lounge now completed? If yes then I would go straight to the Schengen lounge, otherwise first to the Non-Schengen lounge.

You can use the Premium lounge if departing or arriving non-Schengen with non-AY Sapphire if entering at non-peak hours.

In the non-Schengen area I’d say everything outside 14-17.

In the rules for purchased access, non-peak hours is defined as

* Flight must depart between 07.30-15.00 or between 19.00-24.00 for non-schengen lounge.
* Flight must depart between 10.00-15.00 or between 19.00-24.00 for schengen lounge.

My guess same rule could be applied for non-peak access for sapphires. BUT it might also be that they apply a rule based on time you arrive at lounge, or even actual "load factor".

But you arrive before the peak (and departs after the peak) so probably won't be an issue.

By the way, this isn't a published benefit, at least not one that I can find on AY pages. Do we know this from empirical studies or did someone ask an AY rep about this?

The flight leaves at 16:50 which is peak time so you likely mixed up something. I guess the final recommodation is anyway just to try.

Thank you, I will give it a try then. Is the Premium Lounge significantly better than the non premium one?

From the food and beverages offer yes, during the peak times I personally would prefer more self-service to queue less.
