Anyone know where to change the language of the automated emails from Finnair? My colleague is getting them in Finnish, although all language settings in AY+ profile are set to English!
We have tried lots of ideas but still the system thinks my colleague speaks more "rallienglantia" than the Queen's English...

My current Platinum tracking period ends 28-FEB-2023. I will reach 450000 TPs in early November. Will my tracking period reset immediately after passing 450000 Lumo threshold? If yes, my new tracking period be until 30-NOV-2023 then. If my logic is correct, I just want to make sure I can maximize my point accrual for new tracking period while still having some 3x promo flights booked for the remainder of year 2022. I may even consider exchanging few award points to tier points that would get me past Lumo threshold (~430k --> 450k) and ensure I can maximize crediting all 3x promo points for new tracking period rather than getting close to 500k points (but not enough for milestone gift) in my current tracking period. Does this make sense? TIA

And take note that your vouchers and gift gold cards will come with a expiration date in november 2023 NOT the end of your lumohood 😀

On the guide for upgrades at Finnair's website they state:
Does this actually work? I'm at the point of 8 days before the flight with an upgrade on wait list, and I haven't received a single notification. At what time points are they supposed to send them, and would there be any other info besides "you're still waitlisted", if it hasn't cleared?

It doesn't work, AFAIK.
Sometimes they don't even notify you /when the waitlist has cleared.
