Contacted CS and they have some major issues with crediting the one flight, which was their own codeshare on AA metal, agent said she cannot do it and she needed to forward it to another team..3-4 weeks processing estimated...go figure...

Still nothing from the AA flights from a month ago, asked in chat some 10 days ago but nothing happens. Not that I need the points that urgently but takes a lot of time to follow up these as they easily go unnoticed otherwise..other than that, all BA & AY flights from the last 2-3 weeks have been posting within 4-5 days after flying, which seems as usual.

I called them today and the CS rep told me there was a long queue in the department that posts manual points requests. I asked her whether it would be a question of few weeks, but she told me that it would probably be handled in a week or so as I was plat. We’ll see.
