I'm guessing I'll go to level 3 or possibly level 4. I've only had the exclusive card, but the biggest benefit has been that pants are made shorter for free. Now they charge for that. Maybe it's still cheaper, but to me it's worse => bad feeling => less business from me going forward.

I called them since I suspected my meager 6000+€ were not correct. Oh yes my total bill was more than 16000+€. But then, IT IS NO LONGER A FAMILY-POOL CARD, so the major chunk had come from spouse's card, surprise surprise. (oh it hits me hard now if she will get a higher level card than me for once in a life-time!!!! :D LOL).
Interestingly, the agent also told me that you can never go down in levels. He said if you don't shop, the card stays forever. Only goes up by spend. Well, interestingly, NOW I indeed have a lifetime status somewhere, albeit a very pleb level obviously :D :D Maybe I should celebrate that somehow.

Although unfortunate to not have free parking anymore, this makes much more sense IMO. Handing out free parking in central Helsinki was idiotic.

Generally, the new loyalty program seems just "M'eh" and no benefits to get excited about (different coloured canvas bags and going forward 5 points credit for using the Stockmann MC/month - are you kidding me?). On top of things, this is apparently the best Stockmann was able to come up while using two years to revamp the program. Last week I saw some Stockmann people posting excited comments about the new loyalty program in linkedin - does not really strike confidence to Stockmann now that we have seen the results.

The one thing I'll need to take care of is to use my EUR 50 Stockmann gift card before the store goes out of business..

Seems that the Stockmann program was definitely "enhanced". I landed on Level 3. It doesn't really matter - none of the higher tiers seem of provide anything interesting for me. Did I understand it correctly that the "bonus" for using / having the Stockmann Mastercard is now 5 points per month rather than double accrual? If yes, it's also time to get rid of the Stockmann MC.

This is my reading of "Uusi Stockmann Mastercard. Nyt entistäkin palkitsevampi kanta-asiakkuus". The example stated in Finnish in kanta-asiakkuus stockmann-mastercard would support this "Käytit kortin maksuaika- ja luotto-ominaisuutta myös muualla kuin Stockmannilla +5 p"

My level is 6. In this level all the benefits of previous levels are valid. I wonder if I get 3 different bags. The purple one I choose when I want to make an impression and a green one one I want to be incognito.
