One reason less to go to the store. Service levels are better in Citymarket.

Also, AY+ recently ended the cooperation with SAS Radisson (see finnairshop.com).

Not sure when this has been announced but Stockmann is enhancing their loyalty program and they are closing down the First Lounge in the Helsinki department store 1 September 2019.

I didn’t know about this. I guess it settles the situation for me - no need to seek First. Renewing Exclusive will be just fine as the parking perk is useful.

Apparently Stockmann will revamp their loyalty program in October. Could find the press release only in Finnish (which does not really go into detail) and states that there will be six tiers in the new program Stockmannin uudistettu kanta-asiakasohjelma lanseerataan lokakuussa

Six tiers seems to be too much. Do they really have enough benefits to differentiate?
What else there are except for Parking, Discount, Lounge, Freeshipping?

The press release doesn't make me excited the least bit - I'm afraid it's going to be mainly useless "advantages", tailored ads ("offers")

Interestingly, once you achieved a level, you cannot drop if you have 1 (one!) purchase in 5 (five!) years.

At start they'll sum the previous five years' purchases to determine one's starting level - interesting where the missus will start

I havenīt even bothered to swipe my card in like 5 years. There were no benefits for me to do so.
