I was just asked on a recent fly (AY2) if I would like to test the new pillow. They only had one sample available according to the cabin crew.

Which seat to go for?
No upgrades available, so have to choose either 21A/C Econ. Comf. or 41A/C for two persons. Which one to go for or other good suggestions? LAX-HEL flight.

As a general rule, I find eco comfort much more quiet than at the back of the bus. 41 has more leg room, if that's really important.

I usually go for 21C - a bit less legroom than an exit row, but wider aisle, so carts won't be bumping into you. Infront of the curtain so almost no foot-traffic and you can stand infront of your seat without being in anyone's (except a FA here and there) way. Screens and tables in the armrests so your neighbours hips physically can not spill over.

Does anyone know, if any seat is wider than usual but still long enough on that plane?

I feel noob to ask this now but first time I am facing this: fully booked flight (I had to take a work trip and last seat available) and waitlisted upgrade and preassigned 43L seat (forgot to change the seat before requesting upgrade so now it is not possible to change the Y seat)
Given that 42L is the preferred seat on LWA etc but how are the row numbers on marsuhäkki versions? I am planning to call platline to change seat but need to know preferred ones. AY has only the LWA type seatmap on website and I did not found marsuhäkki config
Xiexie!

Seems I do need to improve my navigation skills.
42L assigned now through CS. Ooh how I hate to hear ”sorry sir, bus cabin is sold out, but there are lot of room in Y, hopefully you can catch a free row at least”. Crossing fingers someone cancels J tix and frees up an upgrade for me

Luxury problem, fixed date etc, no chance to modify
