Same here. They must feel it's an avalanche, because frankly I think nobody ever requested it before one of us started it... 
Imagine all the hard work to go thru all those ledgers, typing it up, faxing over to the data entry office, who type it in, then fax it back for verification and THEN converting to pdf and emailing to the traveller.
