Bad weather restrictions are known all over the world in aviation business, so they are used in Finland too. And today those restrictions are needed.

I'm sure bringing on somebody from the board here would make LAX a loyal-flyer friendly outstation. And for sure even basic flyers would receive above-average outstation treatment.

HEL is super proud about the fact that no winter weather has ever closed their airport. I guess with the current cost cutting that claim can no longer be upheld..................

Finnair is now looking for a customer service specialist for its Finnair Plus team in Tartu, Estonia (!).

​Main tasks as per the announcement include:
  • Handling Finnair Plus customers accounts, bookings and transactions in different programs and databases
  • Processing requests from Finnar´s customers
  • Communicating with airline and non - airline partners
  • Ensuring first - rate and timely customer service

​​​​​​So basically working with everything that we complain about the program here. Wouldn't a flyertalker therefore be quite a good cabdidate for the job? Somebody qualified could for example create a system where points post on the accounts instantly as we are not living in the 60s anymore.
