Finnair duplicating Qantas's PNR??
QR issued a ticket for me starting with AY995 and ending with QF3875 (i.e. AY81). The booking showed straight away on Finnair's website and I was preassigned a Comfort seat ex-SIN - so I guess that benefit works even without the AY code.
Days later, I go to Finnair's website, log in, and found an extra PNR "Singapore-Helsinki" with the same ticket number, the same itinerary but no contact infos, no seat selections and the last segment renumbered to AY81. Is that an usual glitch? (I wouldn't mind getting the AY81 plus points :o but not holding my hopes too high) |
