When you reach 200.000 tier points within a tracking period. you will receive what we call a milestone gift. After this, you will receive a gift when you reach each 100.000 points level.

In May 2022:
200.000 receives 40.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
300.000 receives 60.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
400.000 receives 100.000 award points or certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
500.000 receives 100.000 award points or a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
600.000 receives 100.000 award points or a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
700.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
800.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
900.000 receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
1 Million wait for it! receives no award points but a choice of certain gift items (scarf, towel set etc)
So, safe to assume this goes on indefinitely.

The old style non-TSA locks shoud be replaced and I know it is not going to be cheap but want to give my travel companion another 10+ years lifetime
I know where Google resides but first-hand exerience highly appreciated.

Rimowa in-sourced repair services - thus unfortunately my favourite one in Singapore is no more. You'll need to talk to the store on Esplanadi. Don't expect either fast or cheap service.

Store at Esplanadi is closed for more than a year. Now you have to ship to Germany. Or as I did, had the suitcase repaired at a Rimowa store somewhere in the world.

I did not find the right thread for this but if anyone cares these are the tier gift options currently when you hit 300k

60k is what I picked

Is 400k still 80k?

Too bad they enhanced the upgrades from these. Suprising since those expire when not used so maybe a better deal for ay too 🤣

When did you get the mail from Finnair? Crossed 300k and 400k in February, but haven't received anything, yet.

That didn't work for me, but after e-mailing CS the 300k and the 400k gifts were added.

This is what the 400k selection looks like:

Nice, Thank you. I had expected the 400k to be 80k pts so that 100k is a little sweeter
