BKK-HEL and possible refunds

Hi, I have booked BKK-HEL in the lowest economy in late May. If the situation in Bangkok continues like it is, would it be likely that Finnair would refund the ticket? I'm already in Asia so avoiding Bangkok should be trivial for me if the situation looks dire.
