Best use of upgrade certs @ Fairmont SF

I called, and with my AAA membership, got a refundable rate better than anything on the site, including Accor member rates and non-refundable rates.
Paying for 2 nights in a Fairmont Queen, and getting a main building suite for 3 nights.
So $621 for a $2041 value. Not bad. And I'll probably use my Elevate card, and have my cost covered by points.
Sadly, the 3rd night was the cheapest of the 3, but oh well.

I guess a Fairmont King Exterior View room doesn't count as a Fairmont Room?

Unless the policy has recently changed, that room category is considered to be one category above the Fairmont room category.
