My account totally messed up

Where to start! Could not sign on with Fairmont credentials, had to use Accor. No status showing anywhere, will not show loyalty card, crucial second stay prior July 1 missing, so no additional benefits. I never imagined the transition could be this screwed up. And I suspect I know why that one stay is missing - the hotel sent me a copy of someone else's invoice, and although I thought that had been fixed (aside form the serious privacy issues), obviously it had not. Not sure where to start to try to rectify it.

My Premier level is being reduced to the LeClub Silver greatly reducing my benefits.

My new LeClub Account is nowhere to be found. Fair enough, stuff like that takes time.

Yet in the LeClub support line nobody is to be reached. Maybe they haven’t received te memo about that intuitive service?

And I’m sure fighting for my account, my status and my certs will be very memorable indeed.

I think I’ll drink some herbal tea to calm myself and try again tomorrow.

So, I'd "linked" my Accor and Fairmont accounts when the original status matching/linking went into effect. I'm Fairmont Platinum for 2018, and had received e-mails advising I'd be Platinum in July. Accor profile is showing Accor Gold status, no certificates. I was wondering whether it may not have linked the accounts properly, but I tried my old Fairmont login details on Accor, and that didn't work either. Not off to a good start.

Account transferred over, Premier became Silver and my first set of certificates from earlier this year are showing, but the bonus ones for the two stays by July 1st have not yet showed up.

Perhaps you could provide some additional specifics on what to do for those whose accounts have not been transferred over. The communication materials basically said members didn't need to do anything and that accounts would be updated on July 2, but it hasn't worked as promised for all members. Is Accor still working to properly link/update accounts? Any specifics on troubleshooting for those that aren't seeing the proper status or certificates?

The Accor communication materials basically said members didn't need to do anything, and accounts would be updated on July 2 with proper status and certificates. E-mails confirmed I was Fairmont Platinum and would be Accor Platinum. Accor account is still showing Gold, with no certificates. Not off to a good start for Day 1.

I'll really miss the old Fairmont Program. It was always quite easy to get a hold of Fairmont PC loyalty staff if there was an issue like this, and they were quick to fix it. Accor doesn't seem to be that way from first impressions.

This is like Accor is running a casino. Come on down, spin the wheel and see what you have won! You sir, you get platinum status but no certs. You ma'am, you get a downgrade. For you, everything we promised. And for you, you don't even get to log in.

This just made this horrible day more bearable.

Looks like they still have some work to do for transferring my account. I can log in, see that I'm platinum status, it acknowledges my stays this year, but I cannot update my address & phone number, nor do I see my membership card or any certificates.

I probably should have thought of this before today and taken action, but can we no longer transfer FPC Plat certs between accts anymore? I don't see anywhere on the Accor website that we can do so (even though I can see my old certs........still not seeing my bonus certs yet). I would have organized my certs better based on future planned stays had I thought of this in advance. I assume it still says in the T&Cs that Plats can transfer certs (or maybe not since FPC is now gone?), so hopefully we will be able to transfer Plat certs over the phone temporarily. Otherwise this will be a real PITA to try to stack certs for multinight stays (for those of us with multiple FPC Plat accts in the family).

After 30 minutes on Fairmont phone I was able to get a knowledgable assistant who merged accounts, promised that my old, March certificates should arrive in 24-48 hours, but the other set of certs (for 2 stays in 2018) which was supposed to be there today, 2nd of July, can take 1-2 weeks...

No email notification from Fairmont or Accor. Fairmont credentials (username and PW) do nothing on the Accor site. email on file wth Fairmont and PW do nothing on the fairmont site.

Nobody answering the phone.
Great transition already

Cool

Like Nmenaker, I had to re-set my password on the new Fairmont Division of Accor Website. Once I did so, I logged in to see my 2 remaining Vouchers (Suite Upgrade, 1x US$25 food) which are 'Valid exclusively at Fairmonts & Swissotels, as well as my 4 used Vouchers. It also lists me correctly as Silver (Premier + Accor Zero.)
