Dining certs - limited access
 
I understand the dining/spa certs are subjected to the same limited access restrictions per the T&C. In reality, is it enforced to that level given it is being used at individual hotel locations and not at the central reservation office?

I've never seen it enforced on the dining/spa certificates.
