Did your 2018 FPC Plat certs post?
Just checked my account and I haven't received any certificates this year. I got renewed to Plat, but with no certs. Does anyone else experienced the same?

No, and all from last year have disappeared even though some were still valid! 😡

Still no new certs in my account or my wife's. We both can select the 2 additional benefits for the new year, but not new certs yet.

So funny i just look at the blackout dates for a place we like to go : i guess they don't like certs anymore neither of my business

Nothing for me, page is empty, profile says platinum and I can choose two benefits. Is anyone surprised that there are problems with this lol?

Wow, I enjoy that hotel as well but those suites are nothing to write home about. Guess we won`t give them our business either.

No certificates for either of us... Both Platinum for a few years. Am seeing the additional benefits option though... Will give it a few hours before a phone call - actually had plans to use one of the free-night certificates this weekend!
