I have been able to use the Amedeus PNR to bring up these using both MH online and the App. Seats have been selected.

Since this week I have been unable to bring the booking up.

I am getting an error in both the Web and App:

Error:1 errorThe ticket number is not eligible for retrieval
Can anyone here advise if they have experienced such an issue?

If so, what actions have been taken to resolve this?
