Someone said they called customer service to ask about it, to be told there are more damage claims, and it's harder to control if cars are where they're needed.

When I did, the sliders where you add damage waiver and supplementary liability protection on the US site were greyed out and marked included.

However, when I picked up the car I was told no insurance at all included so needed to buy some.The quote was "if you crash, you'll owe us 50k." It doubled the cost. I immediately did a dummy booking and screenshot the relevant page as proof the UK site says insurance is included as described above.

What's the best way to resolve this? Called customer service and they want proof but didn't know how I could get that to them.
