Read somewhere that users have had success linking the biz and personal and then being able to send secure messages. Is this still the case?

P2 has a Ink Unlimited card. Whenever she gets "your automatic payment is scheduled" emails, she gets 2 of them. One as expected, then the exact same email but with a different last 4 digits of the card.
So one email with
Ink Business Unlimited Visa(...1111)
and another with
Ink Business Unlimited Visa(...2222)
(not actual account numbers)

I can find no record of the 2222 account/card anywhere. Everything else in the email is identical (Due date, Statement balance, etc).
We don't have any authorized users on the card.
