The Capital One Business checking account has an integrated vendor payment system, powered my by Melio, that allows you to "Pay by card" for a 2.9% fee. You just use yourself as a "vendor".
Will it work for Visa gift cards? I don't know. Must likely it will not but it is food for thought.


This has other use cases though. Use if your desperate to complete a sign bonus on a new credit card. Getting cash advance at 2.9% fee, with grace period, and purchase interest rate.
