Looking at LHR-HEL-ARN and it says, before selecting the fare, "lounge access depends on airport", but there's no mention of lounge access after selecting the fare, just priority security and check-in, both I get with my status anyway.

Is anyone able to check the load in economy to see if there are likely to be plenty aisle seats? I started a dummy booking but it was difficult to work out as there were many seats that were greyed out (some just a blank grey and some grey with a person symbol) I thought seat selection was free for economy classic but apparently not.

Do Finnair cabin crew police people moving seats (within the same cabin) if there are plenty available in the cabin or are they relaxed about it?

Starting mid-March, almost all of my flights (around 15 segments) have posted wrong. I often buy economy tickets because my employer is a non-profit, and then I modify the AA reservation to pay for business class myself. So my first purchase might be fare bucket S, but by the time I fly, it's business class (I or R or whatever). Before it broke, my flights posted correctly for the fare class paid for and flown. Now, the Avios are crediting for the original fare bucket.

If it matters, AA issues a new ticket and a new ticket number when I re-fare these, so I'm not sure how AY is seeing the original fare bucket.

Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas how to fix? Could I possibly speak to a real human, do you think? I'm Platinum, if that matters for this purpose.

Tried claiming a missing segment, and AY said "partner declined." So maybe this is all an AA data problem?

Per the AY earning chart, both D and I on JL should earn 125% of miles flown in both Avios and tier points. Sector distance is 2,867 miles, so I was expecting 3,583 Avios + 3,583 TPs each way.

What actually posted:

• BKK-HND (D class): 0 Avios / 0 TPs
• HND-BKK (I class): 1,431 Avios / 1,431 TPs

So one sector got nothing at all, and the other looks like it credited at roughly 50% rather than 125%.

Just in case this is relevant, I had to submit a missing credit request since nothing posted automatically after two weeks.

It's been awhile since I've transited through HEL, and I have a quick question: I'm flying from CDG-HEL-RIX and have 60 minutes to make my connection. The first segment is operated by a E-190 and then I'm connecting to an ATR-72. Is 60 mins a reasonable amount of time to make this transfer? Or, should I be prepared to run to my connecting flight as I land? I don't think I have to go through security again, but if I do, I'm OWS and should hopefully get priority screening? I'm not familiar with the layout of HEL and whether E-190s, for example are parked at gates or at remote stands.

I am oneworld sapphire of neither airline and always get fast track with BA (LHR, MAD, CDG, LIS, FRA), same with IB in MAD, ZRH and BCN for example. Never with Finnair except from HEL.

Really annoying, more than the minced meat in the subpar lounges...

One plane was descending (possibly an A32x)) and the other one ascending and doing a sharp turn crossing paths under the first plane.
