One of my flight options for my trip later this year is MNL-ICN on OZ, and connecting to AC on ICN-YVR. It will all be on one ticket, in business class. Will OZ still honor the 3x baggage allowance for Star Gold business class?

Other options for my itinerary would be on CX via HKG.

Just wanted to make people aware of a severe issue with United. They recently updated their backend to require exact name matches for frequent flyer programs, and it's mostly incompatible with Asiana Club. I called up Asiana Mileage Club and they said they are getting flooded with calls from members unable to add their number to a United booking.

I have always had Asiana as First / Middle / Last and no issues for many years, but now, I can't add the Asiana number to any United flight. I can confirm it still works as it usual does on other airlines like Air Canada and Lufthansa.

Asiana suggested it might be because United makes first and middle names one word, and said for some members they changed their Frequent Flyer name to literally have their first name be a mashup of both names, but for my sake I just removed the middle name (as I think first and middle as one word would cause issues with other airlines) and i'm waiting for the change to propagate so I can attempt to add my FF# again.
