The just-opened JETEX at TLV C will solely accept Israeli issued AMEX cards, while the 2 new Aspire lounges at B & E would get the biz class/status crowds...

Essentially, Priority Pass is no longer accepted at TLV and even a non-IL AMEX would not get you in unless you are in J or has an alliance status ( Aspire E would handle Star Alliance status for example).

A little hack for the JETEX lounge C is actually using a Dragon Pass pass/membership, possibly by being less prevalent than the Priority Pass membership it wordked out to be the only eligible global lounge program to get you into a lounge at TLV...

Greeings,
We are a family of five and our flight from JFK to TLV on March 25, 2026, was rescheduled by El Al and we chose the cancellation option. This trip was booked roughly a year ago and was paid through a voucher (issued for a previously cancelled flight following the commencement of the war in Gaza) and an additional credit card payment. We receive the cash portion reimbursement within a few days but were never compensated for the amount of the voucher (either in cash or in the form of another voucher). We have tried contacting El Al via Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, the phone....no responses. I understand the magnitude of issues the airline is dealing with but we're actually looking to book a flight in the near future for later this year. Any thoughts/ideas are sincerely appreciated!

Thanks.
What are the differences in terms of ticket flexibility for a group booking with ElAl?
E.g., is ElAl Protect available?
Is it possible to do a group booking directly with ElAl instead of going through a travel agent?
Any other differences we should be aware of in terms of check in, etc for group booking?
For a group of 10ish people, would it be preferable to split to two bookings?
Thanks!

However, my wife upgraded that way on a recent flight. Then, when she checked in at JFK, the agent gave her a lounge pass, and she didn't even ask for it.

Was she lucky? Has the policy changed?
