I'll be connecting from KL to LM at LCY (one ticket) next week. Any idea if the bag gets checked through? I'm aware it normally would but LCY is a bit of a special airport so I want to be sure as the connection is relatively tight.

Thanks :)

I had an Air & Rail itinerary connsisting of AMS - ZWE segment.
The Eurostar I was supposed to take kept being delayed and delayed before eventually getting cancelled.
A staff at the station came down to the platform to tell everyone to take the next ECD train bound for Brussels and transfer at Rotterdam to get to Paris.
They didn't reissue anybody's ticket.
I took the said ECD all the way to Antwerp.
There was no clerk on the train validating the tickets.

In this case, how does KLM know I boarded "a" train to reach my final destination and credit the due points?

I have return ZWE - AMS trip. If that train is delayed or cancelled to the effect of missing my connecting flight, and reaching the final destination way behind schedule, would I be covered under EU261?

Should I delay my check-in a bit until all the blue seats have been taken so that I have a greater chance of getting assigned to an aisle or window in the purple seats? Or should I check-in dead on T-24? I have no status and I'm on a Lite fare.

Can the agent in BUD check my bag all the way to SEA if I provide the booking code for the last leg?

I know I need to pick up the bag at PDX as that's my entry point in the US, but I want to avoid having to go to the check-in area at PDX.
