Can anyone recommend an appropriate hotel and restaurant for a nice, but not over the top, celebration for just the two of us. I'm good with up to €1,000/night for hotel, sadly ruling out the Ritz. For dinner, nothing pretentious, just good food and smart casual dress code, not coat and tie. Don't really care what part of town but need to taxi to CDG fairly early for departure.
Thanks in advance.

I was able to do this in Paris via a broker for a flat fee, I think 75 Euros, and paid the rest to the owner onsite, but that was 10 years ago. I'm not finding any similar options today.

Anyone have experience with other methods of booking apartment stays for longer periods?

TIA!
