The connection time is 1.5 hrs, but I'm wary of the inbound landing late and am not sure how complicated the connection is. I will have hand luggage and assume I have to go through US customers, put bags through security again, and then make my way to the gate? I haven't flown through Dulles before and have no idea what to expect re transfer time. Essential I get home asap because of childcare so very much not keen on misconnecting.

I have a Nexus card and am Star Gold if that helps with border and security.
