Do I need to make a new reservation to access the Executive Elite benefits ( faster free rentals etc ) , or will my current reservation update automatically? Flying into FLL do they have separate aisle for executive elite ? <br />

Some time ago I had a prepaid two day rental using my free days.  After returning it I was hit with $500 on my card. I made calls for hours. Emails etc. zero refund.  The manager at the location denied any wrong doing and told me to deal with corporate. She was rudeThey had the nerve to tell me a charge back would result in a DNR.  Took almost half a year until<br />
a regional manager admitted fault and refunded me. No compensation no nothing. <br />
    Fast forward.  I come in with a confirmed booking for a high end suv.  Same manager says they are overbooked.  I ask for a similar vehicle as I booked the highest category possible.  She won’t allow it.  I can only book what’s allowed to be booked online/phone which was a luxury car.  I end up leaving with a 39,000 mile Audi sedan finally.  Paying the same as I did for a luxury suv.  They even had the nerve to tack on $75 days after my return as I dropped it at the airport. (National free days allow one way) I am being ignored by the location and all my call to customer service promise a resolution. There is none.  This manager in Roseville is horrible I have 130 days under my belt last year so I’d say I’m a fairly loyal customer.  </div>

			<description>Hey. Was going to rent a car in Chicago and drive to Madison, Wisconsin, picking up my dad along the way (about halfway). 
 
Obviously I can add him as an additional driver with License details, but he will not be present at pickup.

Sounds kinda stupid but I guess ... unless I get lucky with a glitch in their system, the only way for him to &quot;drive the vehicle&quot; with the insurance products I've added ... is to wait until we get to Madison, stop at an additional National Car Rental location, and then he can drive on the way back? .... What's the point of that, so they can get a good look at his face, or ? Corporate stupidity?<br />

Sounds silly but I guess that's their system. Or did I miss something?</div>
