I booked an AONE4 and need to make amends to the routing and date of travel, work commitments, etc. The problem is my new travel dates fall within the peak summer travel periods, and finding A inventory, especially ex. Aus, is proving tricky. I can make it work with a D ticket. I read the OneWorld rule sheet and can't workout the penalty, if any, to downgrade from A to D. After status matching my Hilton Diamond last year to Royal Jordanian Gold Sparrow I used the ONE World Sapphire status 7 times in 7 different BA Business Class Lounges and was then downgraded to RJ Silver Jay(OneWorld Ruby/BA Club Bronze)
So imagine my surprise to get the above email...
