My phone has been buzzing from people at DL telling me that there are big changes coming to the Delta Points blog.

Did they litigate (or threaten to litigate) against the site in order to bully it into following the DL party line or to make it less prominently apparent when people search for DL's customer-unfriendly antics against SkyMiles customers?

The buzz is that its the first day of the Festival de la Paella today, where we sit around the fire, eat Paella and celebrate the worthlessness of the skypeso...That would be my guess.
On a more serious note, if there is excitement at DL, they are probably shutting down the skypeso program completely (finally).

Wow. I didn't think about legal action. But LOL at your use of the term bully, knowing DP has a history of refusing to correct misinformation and has a documented history of blocking readers who continue to point out mistakes. Wouldn't that be bullying? Why would DAL exercising it's right to pursue legal action if requests for corrections were ignored be bullying?
