Cool Food-centric Blog: Looking for Advice

Hi all,

I've been a regular FT'er and the site has been helping me a lot about with my travels, regarding where to stay, how to use my card perks efficiently, right down to where the good deals are.

I write about my experiences in my blog (doncommando.com).

It's heavy on food because I believe that you primarily experience culture and traditions through cuisine. What you eat tells a lot about yourself and I love immersing myself in many flavors and spices.

Well, let me know how I can improve and see where this takes me

"Eat, Sleep, Fly, Repeat."

Can you be a little more specific about what you'd like feedback on? From my view, this is very much a personal blog cataloging your travel experiences. It's hard to give an objective thumbs up or down based on just that.

Cool pictures though.

What would you change so I can be more captive to a wider audience? I'm trying to find my style that can bring readers in. Tall order with so many blogs out there.

What do you believe is currently missing that your weblog can fill the void?

I'll definitely have to figure out a niche because any ideas I have right now, it's already been done.

At least, from what I can think of.

Much of the technology from which Apple became successful had “already been done.”

What can you do that is an improvement to what already exists?

Just something to think about...

I think I *may* have something in mind but have to put it on paper, err... online.

I'll report back.

Please do.

In the meantime, here is one weblog which seems to be within the category about which you intend to write.

Perhaps you may want to study it and see what you would do differently?
