For regular readers of his site (which is seemingly everyone in this thread, whether you want to admit it or not), you'd be able to see that I don't think Ben really pretends anymore that he supports his entire life on miles. He no longer really mentions in detail how he redeems miles for certain flights, or if he specifically even redeems miles at all for the flights he reviews.
I think Adam's argument is not just how wasteful Ben was, but that he was taking advantage of poorly paid crew. Making them "jump through hoops" for the sole purpose of his amusement. There are valid criticisms of Ben, but these seem to be the most far fetched.

I am going to earn 39 United miles today eating lunch at a Rewards Dining participating restaurant! Another couple of thousand visits to participating restaurants and maybe I can fly like him, thanks Ben!

I don't think Ben ever tried to give the illusion that he supports his entire life on miles. It's just the opposite, he changes his entire life to acquire miles. He claims that he is still living out of hotels to earn points. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but he usually details how he redeemed his miles in the intro of his multi post trip reports? I think we all know now that a majority of his flights are funded through miles that he purchased when they were on sale. You might have to point me to a few articles that show he no longer discloses how he books his trips.

Displaying/covering more food & beverage options -- even those not of interest for digestion by one person doing the requesting/ordering of the items -- provides more food porn images for potential consumers of the blog products and/or the airlines' products.
Wasting food and drink in a world with way too many improperly-nourished people -- including way too many minors in the US -- isn't going to be resolved by trying to name and shame a miles and points blogger for doing what the blogger thinks is good for the blogger's business.

I wasn't even thinking of your motivations or goals when I posted that quote, so how could I be speaking of your motivation or goal when I wasn't speaking about that? Go figure, but it was about the idea of something that goes beyond just one quote I included in my post.

Apparently flying the residence is the 2017 Vendoming experience for bloggers:
Etihad A380 THE RESIDENCE - YouTube
Adam and iadisgreat will probably like this guy as he brings his own coffee cup from home. Very low on waste...

Props to the guy in that video for wearing a suit and for his beard/accent. Lucky always looks and sounds quite frumpy—I'm sure his stay in the Residence was no exception!

Are you trying to say that Ben's hoodie from Kohl's is not proper attire for the Residence?
