I had to stay after my late night istanbul arrival back in november. I felt welcomed at the hotel, they keep the formality and friendship in balance. I ended up staying there again few months later. Its not right in the middle of all to touristic areas, yet it has metro station right front of it which can take you right to taksim square.  It is pretty easy to get to the hotel using Havaist Bus service from the istanbul airport. It is just one stop which lets you right front of the hotel, there is a metro station right front of the hotel. There is also a mall in walking distance, there is not much to do around the hotel, but transportation makes it very convenient.

Only had time to use the lounge. Last year during my stay lounge was on the top floor with the bosphorus view which was exceptional. Unfortunatly they moved the lounge to the first floor with no view. Apperantly they turned the best area on roof from lounge into a meeting room

Hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and sauna plus stream room.

Check In

Frontdesk is well trained and highly professional. My Parents arrived a lot earlier then me, and they let them checkin with no problem, giving access them to the executive lounge. 

Room

Had an upgrade to Junior Suite, which is spacious with the street view from the top floors. Room had a nespresso mashine, plenty of water, and extra comfy bed.

Service

Again staff were top notch. They were pretty good with remembering names, and pretty attentive. 

Overall

Stayed at this location 2 times during my late Istanbul Arrivals, the professional service, pretty good elite recognition and location makes it a good option for me. I wish Club Lounge stayed at the rooftop, since the view was exceptional, yet thats just a minor issue.
