Introduction Don't expect any quality service for your wedding. Coordinator changed 3 times within 10 month period and lose your information in the transition. Do expect incorrect meals, guest who have allergies listed on placement card with advance notice to receive their meal with allergies . Coordinator left once entrance was made, no one in charge, staff did not speak English. The night of, every staff was rude. Bartenders were so slow and rude and asked for tips. Dance floor breaks apart. Paid up charge for premium liquor to run out of liquor. Not enough soft drinks. Over charged and then rectify complaints by a courtesy credit which was really the over charge. Tried to get in contact with hotel manager to discuss, still no call back. Hopefully they get new management and doesn't disgrace the Hilton brand further. Worst venue choice.
