I go to EVA web, but only able to see part of the meal plan, not everything . I do not know why.
Do you mean the menu in the inflight service section of the website? You should be able to see the full menu 21 days before departure using online meal ordering.

Here are my options for my June 9th flight between KIX-TPE (Premium Laurel Class / I). A bit surprised with getting Wagyu Sirloin on such a short flight. I have 3 other flights with EVA coming up later in June and will upload menus for those then!

Surprisingly my 2nd flight on 14th was available 22 days before. Flight between TSA-GMP.
Went with Braised beef cheeks!

I don't know how I'd get it. Just looked through everything I can see in advance about my flight on Friday, but the special meals aren't spelled out as far as I can tell.

Flying TPE-SFO (BR28, 11:30pm flight) on 6/24 and preordered the Vegetarian Oriental special meal option. Does anyone know what these meals on TPE-USA flights look like? Thanks in advance

Flew HKG-TPE-BKK-LHR

Western choices and starters were great
A bit underwelmed by chinese options, I could barely eat them, even the lobster

Is it because I'm not asian and my taste is different?

Asian here (but grew up in Sweden), I'm a bit opposite, I thought most western starters were bad, had duck breast, crab claw (?) and goose liver with salmon, where only the crab one was good.

For mains I only went with lamb racks, beef cheeks and wagyu steak. A bit dissapointed on the steak, racks were good but a bit dry, cheeks were probably the best if you only look at the protein.

Hello all,
on BR long haul (specifically IAH TPE) - Is it "dine on demand" in business (like QR)? Or are the meal times specific?

They will ask your dining preference during the boarding process.

Duck or chicken

Cant decided between

Roasted Duck with Juniper Cherry Sauce Served with Seasonal Vegetables and Mashed Sweet Potatoes

or

Hainanese Chicken Served with Assorted Vegetables and Chicken Rice

Any thoughts? (LAX - TPE lunch)
