Help checking in??? Can't online or via mobile - flight is tomorrow!
Hi all,
I'm trying to check in - I've been getting push notifications on my phone saying online check in is available however whenever I click to navigate I get "Your booking record could not be retrieved. If the booking was made by a travel agent, it is possible that no Infinity MileageLands membership number was appended to the record. Please inquire again using your name and booking reference number.
When I search my reference number and name I do find my flight, but there's no option to like claim or do anything after that?
