Getting a refund from BR - anyone have an email contact?

Getting a refund from BR - anyone have an email contact?

Tomorrow will be the two-month point from when I initially applied for a refund from BR. Usually, refunds from them are pretty quick, in less than 14 calendar days.

When I check the refund inquiry status page, all it says is:

"Refund Status Please contact EVA Air reservation and ticketing center."

When I call EVA they don't have much of an answer, just to wait.

Does anyone have an email contact point?
