Can Eva Award tickets be used for family or someone else other than ownself?

If the other person is a companion with you on an award ticket, it can be booked through your IML account.
If the other person is flying without you, the other person needs to have an IML account and book the award ticket themselves. Your mileage can be transferred to them to be used though.
